Unwanted Items - Of course you can change your mind!

If you don’t want the items any more, that is okay!
Customers may ask for a return within 15 days of having received the package. We are happy to accept returns on even gently used products within 15 days of receipt.

Free Return Available In Select Countries

You can return products to our following 6 locations for free: the United States, Russia, China, Ukraine, Poland, and Korea. 

All Other Countries

You can still return unwanted products, but you are required to pay the shipping cost for return. After we receive the returned product, we send you the same product or issue a refund in the method of your choice.
