  • Skin Brightener: Lemons are rich in vitamin C and citric acid, so they can help brighten and lighten your skin when used over time.

  1. After cleansing, slip your fingers into the sleeve of the gauze peeling pad so that the criss-crossed gauze side is facing down. Use gentle, circular motions all over a dry face and neck, working your way up to your forehead.
  2. Next, rotate the pad so that the gauze side is facing up and the soft, quilted side is facing down. Swipe the softer side across the face to pick up the remaining debris. Throw away pad. Rinse with lukewarm water.
  3. Follow the remaining steps of your skincare routine. Use twice a week or as needed.

You can confirm our registration with the Korean government (Company Registration Number 201-81-50951), or the Russian government (OGRN 1157746724673). We have also been covered in the Korean press and have a physical location in Seoul. 
Short answer: 5 to 12 Business Days.
Longer answer: It depends on the destination, and we aim to deliver in 9 days. Holidays and weekends slow things down, but for the majority of our customers in Europe and USA, we deliver in 9 days or less. If we take more than 12 business days (Korean working calendar - we will email you if there is a major holiday), we will refund your shipping costs.  
We pay our taxes in Korea, but cannot pay your taxes in your country. We regularly ship to customers in Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Germany, UK, USA, and Scandinavia without issues. We don't ship to some countries (Croatia, Spain, etc) because of their customs restrictions. Every country has different rules, and the customer is ultimately responsible for local taxes and customs. 
If you are unable to receive the package due to customs, please ask your customs office to return your package to sender as soon as possible, and we will refund your payment in full if the package is returned in 60 days. 
We accept returns within 15 days of you receiving the item, even if you have opened and used the product.Item must be returned in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will refund the full amount (including shipping costs) if the product is defective. You can exchange the defective product for the same item instead of a refund.
