1 STEP: Designed to be used prior to hydrogel band. This skin-lifting serum firms and tones droopy and inelastic skin while facilitating the absorption the active ingredients in the hydrogel band.

Volufiline and collagen ingredients fill the elasticity to the loosen skin with applying volume serum before using the hydrogel-Band, and effective ingredient of the hydrogel bands helps to deliver better.

2 STEP: Made of moisturizing hydrogel with super elasticity and primer-less adhesionto help tone sagging skin and double chin for sharper, smoother facial contours. The incorporated ear loops pull skin tight, enhancing the mask's face-lifting power for maximum results. Colalgen extract firms and lifts-up the skin while pumpkin and ginkgo extract improve.

This holds the stretched skin face line with excellent elasticity and skin adhesion hydrogel band. The band shape is designed to put on the ears, which increases the pulling forceof the skin, and it contains ingredients such as idebenone, Peptide and Volufiline that are good for elasticity and skin.

1. Throughly clean and tone face.
2. (Step 1)Take the Daycell Dr. Band Volume Serum and apply it evenly to the chin area.
3. (Step 2)Take the Daycell Dr.Band V-Fit Lifting Hydrogel Band, andapply the patch with the shiny side facing your skin. Fit the patch to the center of the chin. Pull to the cheeks in gentle smoothing motions and place the ear loops around the ears. Smooth out the air bubbles, ensuing good contact with the skin.
4. After 30 ~ 40 minutes remove the mask and gently pat the residue.

You can confirm our registration with the Korean government (Company Registration Number 201-81-50951), or the Russian government (OGRN 1157746724673). We have also been covered in the Korean press and have a physical location in Seoul. 
Short answer: 5 to 12 Business Days.
Longer answer: It depends on the destination, and we aim to deliver in 9 days. Holidays and weekends slow things down, but for the majority of our customers in Europe and USA, we deliver in 9 days or less. If we take more than 12 business days (Korean working calendar - we will email you if there is a major holiday), we will refund your shipping costs.  
We pay our taxes in Korea, but cannot pay your taxes in your country. We regularly ship to customers in Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Germany, UK, USA, and Scandinavia without issues. We don't ship to some countries (Croatia, Spain, etc) because of their customs restrictions. Every country has different rules, and the customer is ultimately responsible for local taxes and customs. 
If you are unable to receive the package due to customs, please ask your customs office to return your package to sender as soon as possible, and we will refund your payment in full if the package is returned in 60 days. 
We accept returns within 15 days of you receiving the item, even if you have opened and used the product.Item must be returned in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will refund the full amount (including shipping costs) if the product is defective. You can exchange the defective product for the same item instead of a refund.
