Holidays and weekends slow things down, but for the majority of our customers in Europe and USA, we deliver in 9 days or less. If we take more than 12 business days (Korean working calendar - we will email you if there is a major holiday), we will refund your shipping costs.
We pay our taxes in Korea, but cannot pay your taxes in your country. We regularly ship to customers in Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Germany, UK, USA, and Scandinavia without issues. We don't ship to some countries (Croatia, Spain, etc) because of their customs restrictions. Every country has different rules, and the customer is ultimately responsible for local taxes and customs.
