This is a unique mask pack that uses 100% of carbonated hot spring water only. No purified water! A super-adhesive natural cupro fabric (the fabric that is born from cotton but more advanced. The fabric is skin-friendly, breathable, eco-friendly, and very silky) with carbonated hot spring water moisturizes and revitalize your skin as if you just soaked yourself in natural hot spring water. That means your skin will feel refreshed and reinvigorated immediately after coming out from spa, almost like you've pressed a reset button on it!

Key Ingredients and Benefits:

  • Carbonated hot spring water: increases skin elasticity, cleanses pores deeply, soothes skin swelling, and brightens your skin tone. Hot spring generally contains plenty of components known to make the skin more smooth and supple.
  • It is most effective when used continuously for 4 weeks depending on the skin turnover cycle.
  • Please take special care when you are exposed to severe UV and stress.

How to Use

  1. After cleansing, use a toner to removes any last traces of dirt, grime, and impurities stuck in your pores after you wash your face.
  2. Take out the mask, align the eyes and mouth, and then attach them tightly.
  3. After 15-20 minutes, remove the mask and pat the remaining essence for absorption.
  4. The remaining liquid in the pouch can be used for areas that require moisturizing, such as neck, arms, and legs.

You can confirm our registration with the Korean government (Company Registration Number 201-81-50951), or the Russian government (OGRN 1157746724673). We have also been covered in the Korean press and have a physical location in Seoul. 
Short answer: 5 to 12 Business Days.
Longer answer: It depends on the destination, and we aim to deliver in 9 days. Holidays and weekends slow things down, but for the majority of our customers in Europe and USA, we deliver in 9 days or less. If we take more than 12 business days (Korean working calendar - we will email you if there is a major holiday), we will refund your shipping costs.  
We pay our taxes in Korea, but cannot pay your taxes in your country. We regularly ship to customers in Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Germany, UK, USA, and Scandinavia without issues. We don't ship to some countries (Croatia, Spain, etc) because of their customs restrictions. Every country has different rules, and the customer is ultimately responsible for local taxes and customs. 
If you are unable to receive the package due to customs, please ask your customs office to return your package to sender as soon as possible, and we will refund your payment in full if the package is returned in 60 days. 
We accept returns within 15 days of you receiving the item, even if you have opened and used the product.Item must be returned in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will refund the full amount (including shipping costs) if the product is defective. You can exchange the defective product for the same item instead of a refund.
