Frequently Asked Questions
Short answer: 5 to 12 Business Days.
Longer answer: It depends on the destination, and we aim to deliver in 9 days. Holidays and weekends slow things down, but for the majority of our customers in Europe and USA, we deliver in 9 days or less. If we take more than 12 business days (Korean working calendar - we will email you if there is a major holiday), we will refund your shipping costs.
We pay our taxes in Korea, but cannot pay your taxes in your country. We regularly ship to customers in Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Germany, UK, USA, and Scandinavia without issues. We don't ship to some countries (Croatia, Spain, etc) because of their customs restrictions. Every country has different rules, and the customer is ultimately responsible for local taxes and customs.
If you are unable to receive the package due to customs, please ask your customs office to return your package to sender as soon as possible, and we will refund your payment in full if the package is returned in 60 days.
We accept returns within 15 days of you receiving the item, even if you have opened and used the product.Item must be returned in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will refund the full amount (including shipping costs) if the product is defective. You can exchange the defective product for the same item instead of a refund.
